Mitch Bernard Fells Giants For A living. As NRDC's litigation director, he has taken on corporate titans and government behemoths, racking up victories that have had a major impact on environmental policy. He gives much credit to the dedicated attorneys with whom he works on cases involving water, air, toxins, and environmental justice.
