Creative Bath Products has taken over 100% of Toronto-based Bath Creations, a longtime supplier of bath coordinates to the Canadian market.rnThe acquisition comes about a decade since Creative Bath first took 50% ownership of the company.rnBob Weiss, vp, sales and marketing, told HTT: "It made sense to merge the companies together, although they each haverntheir own [profit and loss] statements ...We will immediately begin the assimilation process."rnCreative Bath has hired a new general manager to run Bath Creations' operations at its 80,000-square-foot facility in Toronto.rnThe design team has been streamlined and will now work out of Creative Bath's New York offices and showroom in suite 1000 at 7 West 34th St.
