Management von Logistik-Stammdaten in SAP Organisatorische und technische Konzepte für Material, Kunden und Lieferanten in Konzernstrukturen

Dieser Artikel zeigt am Beispiel der Standardsoftware SAP ERP, wie in Konzernen das Stammdatenmanagement in der Logistik technisch-organisatorisch unterstützt werden kann. Auf Basis der im Standard vorhandenen Einstellungsmöglichkeiten sowie durch zusätzliches Customizing lässt sich der Anlage-， Pflege- und Löschprozess (Master Data Life Cycle) detailliert in der Software abbilden. Damit wird der Status eines jeden Stammsatzes festgelegt. Dies wiederum steuert die damit möglichen betriebswirtschaftlichen Vorgänge - im Konzern und den untergeordneten Strukturen (Werke, Buchungskreise usw.). Auf Probleme, Sonderfälle und Lösungsmöglichkeiten wird zusätzlich eingegangen.%Organizational and Technical Concepts for Material, Customers and Vendors in Consolidated Companies By the example of standard software SAP ERP, this article shows how master data management with logistics master data can be supported technically and organizationally in consolidated companies. On the basis of the adjustments that exist in standard as well as by means of additional customizing, the building, maintenance and deletion process (Master Data Life Cycle) can be illustrated on the software. Thereby, the status of each master data record can be determined. This, in turn, regulates economical processes that were made possible thereby - in consolidated companies and in subordinated structures (plants, company codes etc.)-In addition, the article shows an interest in problems, special cases and potential solutions.
