Primary non-hodgkin lymphoma of the liver mimicking metastases

Liver is a common secondary site of lymphomatous involvement in about half of the patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma. However, primary hepatic lymphoma is extremely rare, especially when presenting with multiple discrete nodular lesions, as in this case.
