Using self-service kiosks with your check-in staff

HMT editors note: Over the next several months, we will trace not only how Baptist Health in Montgomery, AL, successfully implemented a self-registration kiosk system, but we will also examine how a consortium of vendors came together to create a truly one-of-a-kind check-in solution that can been used at any healthcare facility regardless of its size or area of specialty.
