The blending and handling of ethanol is big business in the US, especially after the phase-out of MTBE and the introduction of the Clean Air Act. jack Kiefert of Lubrizol talked to delegates at StockExpo on the different issues involved with using and handling ethanol. A paper given at the StocExpo conference in Rotterdam this past March by Jack Kiefert of Lubrizol Performance Systems outlined the background of 'gasohol' and the origins of ethanol handling and blending.
