Agree to differ

Over the course of the past year, discussions by WP15 and the joint meeting have generated a number of changes to the ADR text that will enter into force in 2011. To give industry the opportunity to take advantage of these ahead of time, a number of multilateral special agreements (MSAs) have recently been agreed or, at least, tabled (but note that, until counter-signed by another contracting party, MSAs cannot be utilised). At the same time, a number of older MSAs have expired. It is, therefore, worthwhile providing readers with an up-to-date list (current as at middle of June 2008) of MSAs under the ADR Agree- ment.
