Rail logistics giant DB Schenker has merged its business structures in Hungary, a move the company expects to streamline its organisation and simplify its processes in the market. DB Schenker recently acquired the Masped Group's shares in the Masped-Schenker and Masped-Railog joint-ventures. These companies have merged with Hungarocargo and Romtrans Hungaria under the umbrella of the national company Schenker. The restructuring has been approved by the cartel authorities, says DB Schenker.
