The Vehicle Certification Agency's (VGA.) annual 'Update' seminar ranges far and wide over subjects of interest to shippers and carriers of dangerous goods. This year's event, which took place in Hinckley, Leicestershire this past July 5 and 6, included presentations from US and Swedish speakers, as well as reviews of the changes to the international dangerous goods transport regulations that impact shippers.
