The Dangerous Goods Advisory Council (DGAC) packs a lot into its two-day annual conference and last years event, which took place in Tampa, Florida, from November 7 to 9, was no exception. Aside from the workshops and training sessions that book-ended the conference itself, the first day concentrated on developments in North American regulations (HCB December 2011, page 11) while the second day looked further afield, giving delegates an excellent opportunity to hear from senior regulators.
