FBI won't answer senators' questions on shooting

The FBI has declined to answer questions from two senators about the ongoing investigation of the shootingdeath of Bijan Ghaisar, an unarmed 25-year-old man from Virginia.U.S. Park Police officers shot Ghaisar in his car while he was fleeing a traffic accident Nov. 17, 2017, in FairfaxCounty, Va., according to police reports.
