These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, combined with the actual circumstances of this Municipality, in order to protect the right to know of individuals and organizations, standardize the making public of government information, increase the transparency of administrative activities, and supervise government agencies in the exercise of their powers in accordance with the law.
