The idea of monitoring surface deformations on unstable ground with the use of GPS technology

In questo lavoro viene presentato un metodo per il controllo delle deformazioni superficiali rilevabili su superfici non stabili con l'impiego della tecnologia GPS. Le considerazioni teoriche vengono integrate da un esempio di applicazione pratica su dati simulati. I risultati ottenuti in questa ricerca incoraggiano a proseguire negli studi teorici e pratici.%This paper presents a method for monitoring surface deformations which are found on unstable surfaces with the usage of GPS technology. Theoretical considerations have been supplemented with an example of practical application on simulated measurement results. The results obtained in the study provide encouragement to continue theoretical and empirical studies.
