Designers rally to the call to the Design a Light for sick children competition, and help raise money for children's medical research charity Sparks

This year lighting manufacturer FUTURE Designs and Sparks, the children's medical research charity, both celebrated their 25th anniversaries. To mark the milestones, FUTURE Designs teamed up with Sparks to run a competition, Design a Light, to help raise funds and awareness for the Sparks charity. The competition was available for both the general public and industry specialists to enter, with an open brief to design an inspiring, uplifting and fun light that would entertain sick children.
