摘要

Crystallization isotherms of CsI(TI) have been vcalculated for auotmated pulling form the melt being in cylindrical and conical crucible. In the last case, the calculated isotherm is more convex than for the cylindrical crucible, thus evidencing the higher thermal stability of the pulling process. The calculation results have been confirmed qualitatively in experiment. The use of conical crucible allowed to automate the radial growing stage and to enhance the pulling speed of lawrge crystals up to 5.5 mm/h even when the fine-crystalline raw mawterial was used in the feeding.
