1995 membership employment & salary survey

Members of the Institute of Food Technologists earned a median salary of $55,200 in late 1995, about $3,000 higher than two years earlier. That is one of the findings from IFT's 1995 IFT Membership Employment & Salary Survey, reported here. The results are compared, where appropriate, with those of the 1993 survey, which appeared in the April 1994 issue of Food Technology.
