The eight-minute testing kit is specifically designed to detect low levels of certain meat species and so ensure product integrity and the prevention of cross-contamination. This break-through innovation in species control and verification of hygiene regimes enables companies, who handle multi-species products, to check that their equipment is suitably cleaned. Items such as tumblers, bowl choppers, conveyors and surfaces can be released back to production with minimal risk of cross-species contamination.
