PureCircle offering a range of next-generation stevia sweeteners

PureCircle, Chicago, is offering a range of next-generation stevia leaf sweeteners designed to work across multiple categories. These sweeteners may help companies increase their offerings of zero- and low-calorie products at costs comparable to that of sugar. PureCircle has expanded production of its next-generation sweeteners, such as Reb M, which has the most sugar-like taste. In addition to ramping up its supply capability to meet growing demand, PureCircle continues to invest in research and development, producing a growing supply of multiple varieties of stevia sweeteners. The company has been granted over 130 stevia-related patents and has more than 250 patent applications pending.
