Bell P-63F Kingcobra 43-11719 (N6763) has flown again in the US following an extensive, three-year rebuild. The aircraft is based in San Marcos, Texas, and flies with the Centex Wing of the Commemorative Air Force (CAF). Having made its first post-restoration flight in February, it completed ten hours of successful test flying on April 29. Now that both the P-63 and NA B-25J 43-27868 Yellow Rose are airworthy, CAF is turning its attention to completing work on its 1943-built Bell P-39 Airacobra 42-19597 (N6968) Miss Connie.
