End of the road for Warning Star

Lockheed EC-121H Warning Star 53-535 (N51006) was scrapped at the Pima Air and Space Museum in Tucson, Arizona in late 2011. Owned by the Historical Aircraft Restoration Society in Illawarra, New South Wales, Australia, it was stripped for spares before being handed over to the scrapman. The parts will be used for HARS' airworthy example in Australia and for the Avra Valley, Arizona-based N105CF which they also own.
