The Aircraft Recovery Group at the Fort Veldhuis Air War Museum in the Netherlands has added a V-1 flying bomb to its collection. The exhibit is made up of parts from several Ms. When the museum opens in May, the bomb will be on display in a crash setting, with one wing broken off. The Vulcan to the Sky Trust which operates Avro Vulcan B.2 XH558 has announced it is slightly ahead of schedule and that the aircraft is on course to make its first flight of 2014 in late April. Following a comprehensive winter service, the next stage is to fit a new fuel tank and start ground testing.
