Gazelle receives Sharks display team colours

The Gazelle Squadron Flying Group based at Bourne Park in Hampshire has completed repainting Westland Gazelle HT.2 XX436 (G-ZZLE). The 1976-built helicopter has been returned to the colour scheme it wore when flying with 705 Naval Air Squadron's Sharks display team, which operated from RNAS Culdrose during the 1980s. Following its stint with the Royal Navy, it was retired and stored at Shawbury, Shropshire, before entering civilian hands.
