Buffed Up Hangar 9 Sopwith Camel

When Frank Fanelli asked me to review Hangar 9's Sopwith Camel for Flying Models, I couldn't pass up the opportunity. The Camel is a model that I've always wanted to have in my "hangar," but never had the time to build. Hangar 9's ARF kit with its 61-inch wingspan is big enough so that it provides good flight characteristics in less than calm conditions, yet small enough to transport fully-assembled in the family station wagon.
