This year, from 6th to the 9th of September at Brussels, Belgium, the Decosit celebrated its silver jubilee. Since its founding, this exhibition continuously developed to the absolute N°. one worldwide for the fall presentation of upholstery furniture. This again was confirmed by the 370 exhibitors from 30 countries, whereby measured at the square meter exhibited, especially Spain and Turkey increased in importance, while the USA held their 4th place. The Sept 11th, incidence still affects the economy and the general economical conditions all over do not add to an improvement of export chances. 22 exhibitors (among which is Annabel NV) were represented on this fair from the beginning and 161 companies regularly return since at least 10 years. This underlines the importance of this platform and at the same time implicates that the organisers have stood to their basic principles: consequently, upholstery fabrics are the main topic, and exclusively only manufactures and processors are allowed to participate with their own collections.
