In this hot summer, I nearly dried out and therefore had no inclination at all to croak about anything. In this tropical heat there was nothing I could get excited about. All over, people were on holidays and the telephone which usually disturbs us in our work kept astonishingly quiet. There was enough time to work the mountain of trade journals which had notices "To read" adhered to. This must also have been done by one of our readers who sent us the photo copies of an article in an international textile magazine published in the U.K. in July of this year, carrying the note "That cannot be true" and added that this must be fodder for the frog.
