A RANGE of fire and construction industry bodies and organisations have published their responses to the summer call for evidence and consultation on separate elements of fire and construction safety legislation. In early June, the Home Office launched a call for evidence relating to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 [FSO], running until 31 July. It was 'seeking views', asking employers and business owners for perspectives, and added that the call came as part of the changes being made since Dame Judith Hackitt's review of building regulations and fire safety was published in May 2018.
