Boosting production in a small shop

To boost production CastleCraft looks ahead to improving flow through the shop, and looks back at how jobs could have been done more efficiently. Gregg Venchus took his own experiences and started the company six years ago (see story on page 10]. The company's 12 employees make both custom and production commercial millwork in 25,000 square feet of space in a multiunit building in West Chicago, III.
