Joussen to replace Frenzel at Tui

Friedrich Joussen, 49, head of Vodafone's German division, has been chosen to replace Michael Frenzel (pictured) as CEO of tourism giant Tui. Joussen is to join the management board in October and take over as CEO in February 2013. Frenzel, 65, joined industrial conglomerate Preussag in 1994, and sold off non-core assets. In 1997 he moved to acquire Hapag-Lloyd, the container and cruise ship operator.
