China's National Development & Reform Commission (NDRC) said eight shipping companies have been fined a total of USD63 million for defying Beijing's anti-monopoly laws. The eight companies include Japan's Big Three shipping companies - Mitsui OSK Lines (MOD, NYK Line, and 'K' Line. The other five were EUKOR Car Carriers, Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, Chilean shipping companies CSAV and CCNI, and MOL affiliate Eastern Car Liner.
