Atex~(TM) high performance products from P-D InterglasTechnologies combine glass fiber fabrics with specially formulated translucent or pigmented silicone coatings for use as membranes, canopies, curtains and awnings. Available in a range of weights to meet differing design criteria, Atex membranes are produced on new, state-of-the-art equipment in widths up to 118 in. Silicone coated glass fiber fabrics are fire retardant, non-toxic, hydrophobic, and filter out harmful UV light.They provide flexibility and outstanding strength over a temperature range of -60°F to 400°E Atex technology incorporates these features and enhances them with an anti-wick treatment to prevent mold growth or staining and a specially developed top coating for improved soil resistance and handling.
