The A CCC has extended to 30 June 2012 the deadline by which It must Issue a final access determination for the domestic transmission capacity service. This is the second time the deadline has been put back. In November 2011 it was extended from 31 December 2011 to 29 February 2012 because of delays in developing a pricing model for the service. This time the ACCC says the delay is "due to delays in unsuccessfully seeking approval from DTCS providers to make confidential pricing information available and the subsequent time taken to present the dataset in an appropriate summary form for public disclosure and stakeholder comment."
