Mixed-Signal Scopes Debug Embedded System Designs

The MSO3000 Mixed-Signal Oscilloscope Series offers up to four analog and 16 digital channels, a 100- to 500-MHz bandwidth, a 5M record length, and a 2.5-GS/s analog sample rate for system debug. Color-coded waveform displays show ones in green and zeros in blue for recognizing the logic state of a signal without having to scroll to a transition.
