U.S. ecosystems and resources are seeing "striking" effects from climate change, the U.S. Climate Change Science Program (CCSP) says in a draft report. The U.S. Department of Agriculture has taken the lead on this document, compiled by authors from universities, national laboratories, nongovernmental organizations, and government agencies. The report describes changes in agriculture, land and water resources, and biodiversity that are likely to continue for decades.
