In this final quarterly newsletter for 2012, "we are pleased to print, in their entirety, the Bylaws of the Environmental Division. These Bylaws were approved by a unanimous vote of the Division's Executive Committee on August 21, 2012, and then brought to the Membership of the Environmental Division for a formal vote of adoption at a teleconference Meeting of the Division on August 22, 2012. The Bylaws were approved by a quorum (4.0%) of the Division Membership in electronic voting that concluded on August 29, 2012, with 46 members voting in favor of their adoption and two members voting against.
