Reconsidering the Turn to Policy Analysis

After eighteen years as book review editor of this journal, I have decided to relinquish the position. Since there is a backlog of completed reviews that were assigned under my editorship, the consequences of my choices on what books to review (and who will review them) will continue to be felt for at least another year's set of issues. I thought it good to stop before I hit the twenty-year anniversary. Allen Thompson at Oregon State University has agreed to replace me, and I wish him well.
