Test firms formalise partnership

Instrumentation and test equipment distributor Centrateq has entered a formal partnership with installation, servicing and maintenance company V-Teq. Centrateq managing director Jim Flanagan has taken a one-third ownership stake in V-Teq and will be a major part of their sales promotion and strategic management. The other stakeholkders in V-Teq are the previous management of V-Mech Engineering.
