TUEV Sued set to buy UK renewables consultant

The UK division of global testing and certification group TUV Slid has bought the share capital of the renewable energy consulting company PMSS, which has headquarters in Southampton. PMSS handles project design, bid management, engineering, and construction services in the renewable energy sector including both onshore and offshore wind, wave, tidal, solar and biomass. The company has around 70 experienced and technically qualified staff in the UK, Germany and US. TUV Slid employs over 17,000 people worldwide in technical services.
