Continental Resources Inc. dropped its lawsuit over the Trump administration's failure to act on permits it sought to drill in North Dakota after the Biden administration approved them.The oil and gas company filed 50 applications for permits to drill, and it said the federal government needed to immediately act on 13 applications.The Bureau of Land Management would have approved the permits before Jan. 20, the company said, but it was held back due to "repeated software errors."
