Freeze clamping device for machining parts

摘要

For machining processes, tiny parts can be clamped accurately and tension-free by freeze clamping them. The Ice Vice chuck developed by Witte is available in standard dimensions of 75mm x 140mm x 300mm (clamping surface 100mm x 150mm). For operation a compressed air supply of 600kPA-800kPa is required and air consumption amounts to approximately 25m~3/h.
