Knowledge shortage

Many were shocked when Ford announced its plant closure in 2016. I think the high Australian dollar is only a blame of convenience for the decaying of manufacturing industries. The real causes are the high labour costs together with lack of appreciation for efficiency and innovation, government impediments to industrial growth, lack of foresight and most importantly the culture of what is my right rather than what is right.
