Intelligent Communication: Improved Project Outcomes through Collaboration and Technology

The traditional collaborative environment has failed the industry. With each stakeholder walled up in the confines of their own database, this approach wastes too much time and effort on trying to get disparate systems to communicate with each other, rather than focusing on accomplishing successful project outcomes. What collaborative environments have given the industry so far are minor efficiency gains, akin to pedaling a bicycle faster, rather than a substantive change that leads to breakthrough gains in productivity and efficiency.
