As the top container port in Florida and one of the top cruise ports in the world, Port Everglades in Broward County, FL is one of the deepest of the state's ports. In an effort to meet the ever-changing demands of the cruise and cargo industries and incorporate modern innovations, the Port Everglades Authority must regularly expand and/or renovate terminals, often with great speed.
