Skanska USA has been awarded a contract by the Nemours Foundation to provide construction-management services for the new Nemours Children's Hospital in Orlando. The 630,000-sq-ft project will feature a 395,000-sq-ft hospital with a 95-bed in-patient tower, emergency department, diagnostic and ambulatory programs as well as education and research centers. These facilities will be integrated with an outpatient clinic also located on the 60-acre site. The project will include a 600-car parking garage and a helipad.
