For any organization or movement, there are pivotal moments in time that require timely actions in order to shape destiny. For America's Building Trades Unions, this is that moment.rnAt no other time in our collective 100-year history has a confluence of critical events occurred that has resulted in our unions being advantageously positioned to achieve success.rnThrough the policies and priorities advocated by President Barack Obama, our unions are extremely hopeful to not only put our skills to work in re-building America's infrastructure, economy, and its middle class...but also our organizational image, which has suffered in immeasurable ways due to outdated stereotypes, misperceptions, business strategies and tactics.
