Adamo Group Stays Busy in Detroit with Demolition Contracts

Adamo Group has recently been awarded contracts for the demolition of the Detroit Medical Center (DMC) Guest Services Tower and Detroit's Mackenzie High School, as well as the former Riverwalk Plaza Hotel in nearby Jackson, Mich. The demolition of DMC's 90,000-sq-ft Guest Services building is part of DMC's major expansion program. The nine-story building with a 9,500-sq-ft footprint was constructed of heavily reinforced concrete. The penthouse and mechanical room were located on the roof.
