Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission Streamlines Construction and Increases Capacity

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is among the largest water and wastewater utilities in the nation, serving 1.8 million residents. Infrastructure projects are an important strategic priority and in fiscal year 2012, WSSC had 32 sewer-rehab projects planned totaling $43 million and an additional 39 sewer-rehab projects underway, costing another $32 million.
