摘要

In this paper, a method was carried out for optimal decision to the producing operation schemes by a detailed analysis of river basin water cascade hydropower plants - machine - the basic characteristics of power systems, so it has higher practical value in hydropower system management. In the model and methods: the premise and the fact that closest to the principles of optimal scheduling optimization model results and expert experience in the actual decision-making method of scheduling multi-objective scheduling decisions can be used to build the program clusters. It is applied to optimal operation of cascade hydropower plants basin the decision-making program evaluation of new ideas and a cascade hydropower plants for optimal decided evaluation system and its corresponding solving methods and procedures are established. By using a practical basin cascade plants, the results show that the model can carry on rational and optimal decision to the producing operation schemes.
