摘要

Planning of resident energy-saving disaster prevention parks is the key to set emergency shelter system in cities. In order to make quantitative evaluations of energy-saving candidate disaster prevention parks, the author establishes an evaluation system comprising 3 first-level indices and 9 second-level indices relating to such influential factors as risk of hazard, location & size and rescue facilities. The indices are combination weighting through a combination of AHP and entropy methods, and the candidate sites are assessed and arrayed in priority order by using TOPSIS theory. Finally, disaster prevention parks are selected by applying AHP-entropy weighting and TOPSIS theory, which proves the applicability of this method.
