摘要

It is generally assumed that design engineers can accurately analysis the software reliability between customer requirements and design goals. An important task in the software development process is the analysis and subsequent optimization of that software reliability which denotes quality. The objective of this paper is to carry out an in-depth investigation into the quantification of software reliability of energy-saving numerical control system for computer numerical control (CNC) machining centers. GO methodology, as the statistical model regularly applied in reliability engineering, is used in the reliability study of software system. In this study, an optimization model of software reliability for numerical control system is proposed to accomplish the reliability analysis. Furthermore, the performance of this software system is subsequently demonstrated both by numerical simulations and experimental study on a energy-saving numerical control system. The rationality and feasibility can be further increased by introducing the real-life case study.
