摘要

To deal with the energy network public sentiment emergency of which attribute expressed by interval number, we present a method of early warning index selection, weight assignment and decision-making for uncertain energy network public sentiment emergency. By employing an interval fuzzy AHP, the proper weight of each early warning index of network public sentiment emergency can be determined. Then by means of the weighted aggregation values of all the emergency indexes, we can rank the severity of each energy network public sentiment emergency and select the most severe one. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the application of the proposed index selecting and weighting method to uncertain energy network public sentiment emergency decision.
